Ashen Hands out, Reverie x Put Purana 12"s

Italy’s Ashen Hands has released their new and absolutely incredible debut EP on Tomb Tree. Tapes are done at the plant and arrive at the Canada store for decorating next week, so expect orders to go out late March/early April. Fans of Lucidity, Joshua Fit For Battle, Danse Macabre, and Trainwreck should be all over this.

The Reverie and Put Purana split 12” is finally in stock. We only got 30 copies across the two stores and bandcamp so don’t sleep for too long. Wicked Italian screamo!

Shibuya pre-orders are up in both stores, and the Tomb Tree bandcamp with two songs and the pre-orders go up on Monday to give the Ashen Hands EP some time to breath. The full release is on May 2nd!

Incredible sophomore LP from this Spanish band. Their ‘Apolo’ album perked up our ears and helping release this was a no-brainer. Not far removed from Raein and La Quiete, these 11 songs go from gorgeous post-rock to intense screamo, sometimes in the same song! Full release on Tomb Tree May 2nd.

Telos (members of Demersal) has a new album titled ‘Delude’ that Tomb Tree is doing tapes for in March, luckily the band just posted a brand new song/music video for “Never Me” which you should definitely check out if you like Demersal, O, Rotting In Dirt, etc.

Advertising On The Channel Of Dreams releases on Monday at 9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST on 67 tapes, 43 on pearl swirl, 13 random swirl, 10 purple swirl and one halfsies. Technical, speedy, and gorgeous screamo in the vein of Via Fondo, Beau Navire, and Rainmaking. Here’s a pic of the pearl swirl.

The debut release ‘Mount Whateverest’ by Ego Death Children’s Choir releases on Monday through Softseed Music (but some copies will be sold on this website). The band plays mind-altering noise/jazz/grind with saxophone and features members of Blue Youth, Library Voices, Anemone, etc.

This collection of EPs is an astounding example of creativity, balance, and intricacy. Weaving mind-blowing song structures, riffs saturated with notes, incredible basslines, and yelly screaming into one giant, ornate pillar of awesome. Illinois’ Lucio did this release almost single-handedly (w/some help from mutual friend Aeryn from Massa Nera) and has mixed the math of Capsule with the drive of Daitro and vocals of Crowning, without ripping off any of these bands. These aren’t weeds. This is New Grass.
