Blue Youth music video + Dagerman 12"s on Monday!

Our next release is the incredible Italian screamo debut from Dagerman on 12”LP this Monday April 7th (9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST) followed by Canadian noise rock/post-hardcore Blue Youth sophomore 12”LP on April 15th. Sinema emocore/metalcore 12”s for ‘After the Flatline’ drop and immediately sell out on April 22nd, followed by the epic first full length from the long-running BC screamo/emo-violence band Emma Goldman on April 28th.

Sutras got their second (of three) song premieres via Everything Is Noise for “Karma to Burn”. Their new six-song EP ‘The Crisis of Existence’ releases in full on April 16th!!! Part Modern Life Is War, part Touche Amore, and part Envy, this thing is powerful in a peaceful sense. Click on the pic above or this text to go to the premiere.

This epic Emma Goldman show is going down tomorrow and CanaDave will be there slingin’ records, including the one and only test press available to the public. Got $50? It’s yours. Also, Mourn Recif is playing and we’re closing with our brand new jam and it goes harder than anything we’ve ever played.

Lord Wrought’s ‘Mortis’ EP releases on Tomb Tree this Tuesday April 8th at 9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST on a small run of 54 gorgeous cassettes. This Vancouver-based hardcore/grind/metalcore/screamo crossover blew me away live so picking up the pressing from Yetzer Hara Records who has moved into a specific straight-edge hardcore pocket after a brief hiatus.

2025 - 01 - 22 /// Athousandangelsandseven music video + variants

Athousandangelsandseven releases next week! Holy shit we’re excited about this one. The four-song self-titled cassette EP variants revealed above, with the full release going down on Monday at 9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST. Only 50 tapes were made so expect this to sell out rather quickly!!! Jam their new music video for “Clipped Wings” above!

Crowning had their third tour documentary release featuring their Japanese 4-day tour with Oaktails. Metal Storm also reviewed the split which you can read by clicking on this text. I think we have physicals for this split coming in the first half of 2025 so jam it below!

Coma Of Eris is the amalgamation of Come Regalia and Apostles Of Eris and is the ZBR release that follows Onethousandangelsandseven, and comes out February 14th in conjunction with Middle Man Records. This first single is the closing track on the new Combustion zine/comp that you can get digitally or physically!

The main brain behind Detach The Islands and the drummer of Fluoride Emmett was on the most recent Everything Remade podcast with Edie of Middle Man Records. Definitely check it out, and snag a tape below!

Zampler #24 came out on the last day of 2024 and includes a whopping 8 previously unreleased tracks! I know we initially said 9 but one didn’t get finished in time so that might pop up next Zampler. Keratin 7”s ‘Death and Rebirth’ releases at a slightly different time than usual as it’s coming from Australia, make sure you’re ready at 2pm PST / 4pm CST / 5pm EST on January 3rd for the drop. 2024 - 12 - 27 /// GBG x BNST splt.2 + Zampler #24 info

The GreenBlueGrey and Black Nails/Sharp Teeth split #2 aka the ‘gbg.bn/st.2’ cassette has officially released. If your brain needs scrambling this is definitely the release for you, with 9 new tracks by each project, all falling somewhere between the destructiveness of thecheeseburgerpicnic and the weirdness of The Locust. Just 48 tapes were made and the “pearlple” swirl comes in custom wooden boxes from Josh at Vamonos Tapes, we just don’t have any proper promo pics yet. These ship out mid-late January as we need to get the pieces together.

Zampler preview! Zampler #24 is coming on December 31st and includes a toooooon of previously unreleased songs by Mahria, Emma Goldman, Keratin, Blue Youth, Återstod, Our Future Is An Absolute Shadow, Athousandangelsandseven, Meißel, and Mourn Recif!!!
