So what’s going on with Reversal Of Man? Okay, I got word that the issue is the first pressing has A/B and C/D finished but the plant just straight up hasn’t finished doing the E/F because of issues. The 2nd press is done already (weird eh?) so they should arrive in late October and ready to be shipped off. This isn’t an issue on our end. It isn’t an issue on Repeater’s end. It’s the plant.

Over two years ago we released a short run of demo tapes titled ‘It Is’, and after much more writing, polishing, and expanding of the VIRGIN MOTHER sound, we are set to drop the brand new debut 12”LP ‘Mourning Ritual’ on Friday October 17th. Drawing cues from industrial, new wave, black metal, noise, screamo, punk, post-punk, and more, this deep, dark look into Seb’s subconscious and it’s subsequent artistic representation is truly a work of art. From the hellish, eerie, almost gothic-sounding intro of “[promised end]“ it becomes obvious that this album is meant to be consumed in full, with spiking adrenaline surges (see “I’d Never Feel Like Anything” and “Fault”), soothing/groovy vibes (“Traffic Stop” and “Black Light On 16th Street“), uncomfortable noise (“Vanity’s Sake“ and “Parasite“) and the epic genre-mashes (“Blossoming Winter” and “Field of Warmth“). 2022 - 08 - 15 /// In Wolves' Clothing + Letterbombs split!

On Saturday we’ve got an In Wolves Clothing (members of Our Future Is An Absolute Shadow, Armagideon Time, etc.) and Letterbombs (from Finland!) split 12” in addition to the posting of ‘The Weight of Everything’ Blind Girls tapes!

The boxes both stores were waiting for have arrived and we can now ship absolutely everything except Meditations #5 (that last 7” in the series) as those STILL are not done yet but should be soon. As we go on a two-week break for the final two weeks of August we’ll get all of our orders out before then <3

A friendly reminder that the Cara Neir ‘Phantasmal’ still has like 2 mages and 4 OG splatters going out randomly and there’s only about 35 copies left of the Hellfire left in both stores…so your odds are 6/35 aka 17%!!! Order links are on our bandcamp page :)

Tomb Tree is releasing the Amber Daybreak ‘Sentinels’ album on swirl tapes (and some gold ones, pictured below). Limited to something like 80 copies, these won’t hang around as members now play in the very successful screamo act Chalk Hands. Fans of Via Fondo, Trachimbrod, and Raein should take note.

Hundreds Of AU were an obvious choice to have play ZBR Fest as we love their band and were finally lucky enough to be involved in their 12”EP last year. These veterans put on a fucking clinic and are just straight-up awesome people, bringing us near th end of ZBR Fest Mid-West 2022 Day 1 on June 11th, 2022.

Johnny’s Reco-mmendations: JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE LETS YOU TORTURE THEM DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULD = Woah this came outta nowhere and is a seriously incredible EP. Super mathy, very screamy, a tad twinkly? Whatever it is I love it.

2022 - 08 - 09 /// Ensa released!

The Ensa 12”s are live and all 15 songs have been uploaded to our bandcamp. These are in hand and ship immediately. Dark, writhing, evil neo-crust/emo-violence/screamo/grind from Japan for fans of Ekkaia, Carol, and Tetola93 will love this thing. /250 (but we only have 80).

Terry Green tapes are now live in this store! As the US box has been delayed (see below) the US store won’t have any going up for sale until USofDave is caught spooning with one. P.S. the Canada store (this one) has the only Terry Is Silver swirl /1 (pictured below)

The Cara Neir inserts and Terry Green tapes are basically sitting in the US with no rhyme or reason to it’s stoppage. Where’s my Cara Neir record? Technically being held up by USPS as these were expected arrive on August 2nd. A ticket has been made and hopefully it is resolved by the end of the week.
