One of the greatest screamo bands. No argument. VIA FONDO were active from 2010 until about 2017 and recorded 23 songs in that time over a myriad of EPs, splits, comps, and one 12” full length. Their take on screamo, post-hardcore, and ethereal/spacey rock was beyond exceptional, as they created some of the most unique, gorgeous, and driving screamo in the history of the game. Whether you were already aware of their staggeringly-good material or this is news to you for the first time, VIA FONDO is definitely worth many, many more plays.
